Chad McCallum is the Lead Pastor of Compass Church in Byron Center, Michigan. Started in October of 2006, Compass has quickly become known for its passion for reaching those who are disconnected from church. In its brief existence, Compass has grown from a handful of the willing to over 200 people in weekly attendance.
